Gemma Singleton

Gemma is DSP’s in-house Producer, working across a huge range of exciting and ambitious Factual projects, both in Development and on Production. She joined DSP as a Runner in 2013 and was quickly promoted to Researcher and Assistant Producer after helping win big shows and working on them through to broadcast: BBC1’s living history series 24 Hours in the Past and National Geographic’s ratings hit Nazi Megastructures. Applying both her desire to ‘think big’ and determination to bring a populist edge to history and science programmes, Gemma has since been instrumental in nurturing documentary, specialist factual and formatted ideas from conception through to commission for BBC One, BBC Four, Channel 4 and National Geographic.
